My product never get my warehouse and they do not care after almost 60 days

UPS lost the goods, we are urging UPS many many times. You also talked with US UPS many times, you still haven't gotten any feedback. So it is because UPS is too slow. Also we have arranged to remake the goods for you. Hope you will delete this comments. Tks!
